At RSI, our employees work hard so they can play hard. We not only encourage our employees to have a strong work/life balance, but we do what we can to facilitate it too. Don't get us wrong, we keep our productivity high, but we balance it out with office outings and trips that restore our energy.
In the summer, you may find us riding in a tour bus to Folly Beach during a work day, for some much-needed sun bathing, or catch us grilling out in the fall at the local Carolina football game to get away from the daily grind. And don't even get us started on Frankie's Fun Park. Our Christmas office parties are open to employees and their spouses/dates and every year we cook together for a Thanksgiving meal before the holiday. In any case, you'll find that we like to balance out all our hard work with a good deal of relaxation and fun.
